Hurricane Matthew

Hurricane Matthew

Hurricane Matthew was the most powerful storm of the 2016 Atlantic Hurricane Season and caused widespread devastation in the southeastern United States. Much of Florida east of Interstate 75 and highway US27, and north of Lake Okeechobee and West Palm Beach experienced downed powerlines due to high winds. More than 1.2 million customers lost electrical power across the state.

To help provide relief and restore power for communities, ARC American Inc. quickly mobilized, deployed storm restoration services immediately, and was a leading distribution and transmission restoration contractor on site.
